Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist - Outreach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor company emails, faxes, and chat lines as assigned
  • Provide detailed information to requestors regarding the status of medical records requests
  • Fax and/or email records securely to requestors and assist with online request submissions
Required Qualifications and Education
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in medical records preferred; knowledge of HIPAA is a plus
  • Typing speed of 35+ WPM
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties effectively
