Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist - Outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor company emails, faxes, and chat lines as assigned
- Provide detailed information to requestors regarding the status of medical records requests
- Fax and/or email records securely to requestors and assist with online request submissions
Required Qualifications and Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in medical records preferred; knowledge of HIPAA is a plus
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties effectively
