Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I in the Customer Service Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Process inbound calls related to account questions, product information, and customer requests
- De-escalate customer issues and ensure resolution or escalate to a supervisor when necessary
- Maintain knowledge of banking products and adhere to service level metrics for call handling and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience required; experience in banking preferred
- Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using personal computers and knowledge of Android and Apple products
