Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I in the Customer Service Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process inbound calls related to account questions, product information, and customer requests
  • De-escalate customer issues and ensure resolution or escalate to a supervisor when necessary
  • Maintain knowledge of banking products and adhere to service level metrics for call handling and customer satisfaction


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience required; experience in banking preferred
  • Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using personal computers and knowledge of Android and Apple products
