Job Summary

- Maintain adherence to service level metrics and participate in quality review meetings
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of one year of customer service experience; banking experience preferred
- Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
- Proficiency in using personal computers and managing home networking infrastructure
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and holidays
