Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I in the Customer Service Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Process inbound calls related to bank products and services, resolving customer inquiries independently
- De-escalate customer issues and follow through to resolution while maintaining adherence to service metrics
- Assist customers with digital banking services and maintain knowledge of banking products and policies
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience required, preferably in banking or financial institutions
- Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using personal computers and managing home networking for reliable access to virtual environments
