Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide helpful and caring customer service over high volume inbound and outbound client phone calls
- Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve client issues to ensure first call resolution
- Develop and maintain positive client relations while collaborating with other departments
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year relevant call center experience
- Bilingual - Spanish preferred (not required)
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection with ethernet
- Strong computer technical skills with the ability to navigate complex systems
- Ability to work from home in a distraction-free environment
