Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide helpful and caring customer service over high volume inbound and outbound client phone calls
  • Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve client issues to ensure first call resolution
  • Develop and maintain positive client relations while collaborating with other departments
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year relevant call center experience
  • Bilingual - Spanish preferred (not required)
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection with ethernet
  • Strong computer technical skills with the ability to navigate complex systems
  • Ability to work from home in a distraction-free environment
