Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist who will advocate for customers across North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide elevated customer support by resolving issues and reducing customer effort
  • Support Tier 1 agents by handling escalated inquiries regarding products and orders
  • Oversee customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely communication
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years in a customer support role such as contact center or account management
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience using remote communication tools (e.g., Skype, Teams)
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Experience in HVAC or hydronic heating is a plus
