Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and client inquiries
  • Process Broker of Record and policy reassignment requests
  • Manage, verify, and process Loss Runs requests
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED; 1-3 months related experience or training
  • Experience with phone system management and call routing preferred
  • Minimum 2-3 years of previous customer service experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years of administrative experience in an office setting
  • Commercial Insurance experience and bilingual in English and Spanish are pluses but not required
