Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage large and complex inquiries by liaising between patients, physician offices, clinics, hospitals, and insurance companies
- Build sustainable relationships with patients through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate information by examining data in multiple patient accounting systems and document all communications
Required Qualifications
- Education: H.S. Diploma/GED Equivalent
- Experience: 3 years of experience in a relevant field
- Knowledge of specialty billing and provider-based billing
- Working knowledge of SBO and non-SBO environments in Epic
