Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist - Outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor company emails, faxes, and chat lines as assigned
- Assist requestors with the status of medical record requests and provide detailed information
- Fax and/or email records securely to requestors and assist with online submission of requests
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous medical records experience preferred; knowledge of HIPAA is a plus
- Ability to type 35+ WPM
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
