Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist - Outreach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor company emails, faxes, and chat lines as assigned
  • Assist requestors with the status of medical record requests and provide detailed information
  • Fax and/or email records securely to requestors and assist with online submission of requests
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous medical records experience preferred; knowledge of HIPAA is a plus
  • Ability to type 35+ WPM
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills
