Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist - Outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor company emails, faxes, and chat lines as assigned
Assist requestors with the status of medical record requests and provide detailed information
Fax and/or email records securely to requestors and assist with online submission of requests

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
Previous medical records experience preferred; knowledge of HIPAA is a plus
Ability to type 35+ WPM
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
Self-motivated with strong time management skills
