Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist - ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients, patients, and requestors with the status of medical record requests via phone calls, meeting a daily goal of 85 calls
  • Ensure accurate and detailed notes in Med-Release and provide prompt, concise customer service
  • Work with other departments to ensure timely processing of requests and handle data entry and other assigned duties
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proficient computer skills with software applications such as Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties effectively
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
