Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist - ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients, patients, and requestors with the status of medical record requests via phone calls, meeting a daily goal of 85 calls
- Ensure accurate and detailed notes in Med-Release and provide prompt, concise customer service
- Work with other departments to ensure timely processing of requests and handle data entry and other assigned duties
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficient computer skills with software applications such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties effectively
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
