Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I for its Customer Service Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries related to bank products and services
  • De-escalate customer situations and ensure issues are followed through to resolution
  • Maintain knowledge of banking products and adhere to service level metrics


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience; banking experience preferred
  • Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in using personal computers and familiarity with digital banking services
