Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I for its Customer Service Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Process inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries related to bank products and services
- De-escalate customer situations and ensure issues are followed through to resolution
- Maintain knowledge of banking products and adhere to service level metrics
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience; banking experience preferred
- Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Proficiency in using personal computers and familiarity with digital banking services
