Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist 2 - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large and complex inquiries by liaising between patients, physician offices, clinics, hospitals, and insurance companies
  • Build sustainable relationships with patients through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate and complete information by examining data in multiple patient accounting systems
Required Qualifications
  • Education: H.S. Diploma/GED Equivalent
  • Experience: 3 years of experience
  • Knowledge of specialty billing and provider-based billing
  • Familiarity with SBO and non-SBO environments in Epic
  • Proven ability to perform as a subject matter expert in customer service
