Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • De-escalate customer issues and follow through to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in banking or a financial institution
  • Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Proficiency in using personal computers and managing home networking for reliable access
