Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I in the Customer Service Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries related to bank products and services
  • De-escalate customer situations and follow through on requests to resolution
  • Maintain knowledge of banking products and adhere to service metrics and compliance training


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in banking
  • At least one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in using personal computers and managing home networking for remote work
  • Knowledge of Android and Apple products, as well as supported web browsers and operating systems
