Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I to work remotely in a call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process inbound calls related to bank products and services, addressing customer inquiries and requests
- De-escalate customer situations and ensure issues are resolved or escalated appropriately
- Maintain knowledge of banking products and adhere to performance metrics for call handling and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience required, preferably in banking
- Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
- Expertise in using personal computers and managing home networking for remote work
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including outside normal banking hours
