Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I to work remotely in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process inbound calls related to bank products and services, addressing customer inquiries and requests
  • De-escalate customer situations and ensure issues are resolved or escalated appropriately
  • Maintain knowledge of banking products and adhere to performance metrics for call handling and customer satisfaction


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience required, preferably in banking
  • Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
  • Expertise in using personal computers and managing home networking for remote work
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including outside normal banking hours
