Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I in the Customer Service Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to bank products and services
  • Process inbound calls, de-escalate situations, and follow through on customer requests to resolution
  • Maintain knowledge of banking products and adhere to established service metrics


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience required, preferably in banking
  • Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using personal computers and familiarity with Android and Apple products
