Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I in the Customer Service Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to bank products and services
- Process inbound calls, de-escalate situations, and follow through on customer requests to resolution
- Maintain knowledge of banking products and adhere to established service metrics
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience required, preferably in banking
- Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using personal computers and familiarity with Android and Apple products
