Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer order fulfillment and serve as the primary liaison between customers, sales, and internal teams
  • Resolve service issues, maintain open order documentation, and support new account setups
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and documentation of interactions


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role or equivalent education and experience
  • Medical device experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams; experience with Netsuite, SalesForce, or QuickBooks preferred
  • Ability to work independently and on a team in a fast-paced environment
