Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer order fulfillment and serve as the primary liaison between customers, sales, and internal teams
- Resolve service issues, maintain open order documentation, and support new account setups
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and documentation of interactions
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role or equivalent education and experience
- Medical device experience required
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams; experience with Netsuite, SalesForce, or QuickBooks preferred
- Ability to work independently and on a team in a fast-paced environment
