Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support inbound customer calls and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries and assist with various customer needs
  • Promote additional products during customer interactions to improve sales
  • Analyze account data and assist with refunds, payments, and order placements
Required Qualifications
  • Must have 12 months or more of customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment and navigate multiple systems
  • Must provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with IT when necessary
