Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support inbound customer calls and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries and assist with various customer needs
- Promote additional products during customer interactions to improve sales
- Analyze account data and assist with refunds, payments, and order placements
Required Qualifications
- Must have 12 months or more of customer service experience
- Ability to work in a virtual environment and navigate multiple systems
- Must provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with IT when necessary
