Required Qualifications and Education

• Must reside in Kentucky and provide a distraction-free work environment
• 12+ months of customer service experience required
• Able to learn and work in a virtual environment with a structured schedule
• Experience navigating multiple systems and screens
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems with IT support when necessary
