Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to manage order fulfillment and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between dealers, sales, and cross-functional partners
  • Manage complex customer orders across multiple sourcing locations and products
  • Own service resolution end to end, leading corrective actions when issues arise
Required Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, supply chain, planning, invoicing, or related functions
  • Comfort with technology, including Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new systems
