Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to manage order fulfillment and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between dealers, sales, and cross-functional partners
- Manage complex customer orders across multiple sourcing locations and products
- Own service resolution end to end, leading corrective actions when issues arise
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
- Experience in customer service, supply chain, planning, invoicing, or related functions
- Comfort with technology, including Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to manage competing priorities with a sense of urgency
- Confidence in addressing customer issues and driving solutions
