Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I to work remotely in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process inbound calls related to bank products and services, resolving customer inquiries independently
  • De-escalate customer issues and follow through to resolution while maintaining service levels
  • Attend meetings for ongoing development and adhere to performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial institutions
  • Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in using personal computers and managing home networking infrastructure
  • Knowledge of Android and Apple products, as well as bank-supported web browsers and operating systems
