Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I to work remotely in a call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process inbound calls related to bank products and services, resolving customer inquiries independently
- De-escalate customer issues and follow through to resolution while maintaining service levels
- Attend meetings for ongoing development and adhere to performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial institutions
- Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
- Proficiency in using personal computers and managing home networking infrastructure
- Knowledge of Android and Apple products, as well as bank-supported web browsers and operating systems
