Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I to handle customer inquiries and support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer account questions and process payments over the phone
  • Advise customers on available resources and relay information regarding accounts
  • Assist with administrative tasks and support new hire training efforts
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Professional phone presence
  • Ability to handle stressful conversations with tact
  • Availability for two evening shifts per week and one Saturday shift every five weeks
