Job Summary

Customer Service Specialist is a full-time position responsible for providing service to customers through order placement and monitoring, ensuring accuracy, and supporting business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and process orders accurately and timely using EDI and order requirements
  • Reconcile orders to ensure information accuracy and tag discrepancies in the system
  • Maintain communication flow and act as a liaison to support staff and Business Development Managers
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service
  • Well-organized and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
