Job Summary

Supporting multiple home and apparel lifestyle brands, the full-time Customer Service Specialist will assist customers with inquiries, promote products, and manage a high volume of inbound calls while working remotely from Kentucky.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a busy day of inbound customer inquiries, confirming refunds, taking payments, and placing orders
  • Personalize customer interactions and promote additional products during each call
  • Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot technical issues while navigating multiple systems
Required qualifications
  • At least 12 months of customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment with a structured schedule
  • Capacity to communicate effectively with diverse customer styles
  • Experience in navigating multiple systems and screens
  • Capability to provide a distraction-free work from home environment
