Job Summary

Supporting multiple brands, the full-time Customer Service Specialist will manage inbound customer calls remotely from Ohio, assisting with inquiries, promoting products, and maintaining a high call volume.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries and assist with questions, refunds, payments, and orders
  • Promote additional products during customer interactions to enhance sales
  • Navigate multiple systems and troubleshoot technical issues in a virtual environment
Required qualifications
  • 12+ months of customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a structured virtual environment with a set schedule
  • Experience communicating with diverse customer styles and navigating various systems
  • Capability to provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting technical problems, in partnership with IT when necessary
