Job Summary
To support a growing Managed Services department, the full-time Customer Service Specialist will assist clients in obtaining trip permits accurately and timely while working remotely from home.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary interface with clients to determine trip permit requirements and maintain communication via various channels
- Initiate and maintain work orders for securing proper permits and monitor their completion, providing necessary feedback to clients
- Educate clients on regulatory requirements and assist with resolving issues related to permits and invoicing
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service environment, including at least 1 year in a call center
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- Proficiency in PC use and MS Office Suite at an intermediate level
- Knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal regulations preferred
- Willingness to participate in background checks or fingerprinting as required for service access
