Job Summary

To provide exceptional customer service, the remote Customer Service Specialist will address and resolve customer inquiries, manage high-volume phone calls, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy while being located in Indiana.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer support tickets and resolve issues related to existing orders
  • Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with placing new orders and addressing inquiries
  • Document issues in Confluence and visit court dockets for information on case filings
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and phone systems preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
  • Document manipulation experience and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
