Job Summary

Providing customer service and order entry support, the part-time Customer Service Representative/Order Entry Specialist will resolve customer claims and complaints, manage sales-related communications, and develop initiatives to educate customers, all while working remotely on an 18-month contract.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries related to sales, promotions, and installations
  • Resolve customer claims and complaints in accordance with consumer laws
  • Develop and implement organization-wide initiatives based on customer feedback
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant customer service experience
  • Specialized education or training in customer service or related field
  • Basic understanding of work routines and procedures in customer service
