Job Summary

Providing world-class customer service, the full-time Customer Service Specialist will manage the order-to-delivery process, handle customer inquiries, and support e-Commerce solutions while working 50% remotely from Katowice.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the order entry process and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding offers, quotations, and stock availability while monitoring order progress and billing activities
  • Support and drive online self-service processes, assisting customers with e-Commerce solutions
Required qualifications
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a global industry
  • Proficient in business English, both written and spoken
  • Familiarity with integrated systems such as EBP and MS Dynamics
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Open-mindedness and a positive mindset towards continuous improvement
