Job Summary

To deliver exceptional service, the full-time Customer Service Specialist will manage inbound and outbound customer interactions, providing support and processing requests efficiently in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver first-line customer support by answering 80-120 inbound calls and emails daily, ensuring a personalized and efficient customer experience
  • Process customer orders and billing inquiries accurately while collaborating with internal teams to exceed customer expectations
  • Document customer interactions and maintain knowledge of Zoetis services and policies to provide consistent, high-quality support
Required qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree highly preferred; high school diploma required
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service-related field
  • Experience in the veterinary field and understanding of veterinary diagnostic testing preferred
  • Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and/or LIS preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and web-based applications
