Job Summary

Providing remote customer support, the full-time Customer Service Specialist I will manage inbound calls related to bank products and services, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure adherence to service metrics while working an alternate schedule from 11am to 8pm, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities
  • Process inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries regarding bank products and services
  • De-escalate customer issues and follow through to resolution while maintaining service quality standards
  • Assist customers with digital banking services across various devices and platforms
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial institutions
  • At least one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in using personal computers and managing home networking for reliable access to virtual environments
  • Knowledge of Android and Apple products, as well as supported web browsers and operating systems
