Job Summary

Working remotely as an independent contractor, the full-time Customer Service Specialist will manage incoming client communications through phone, email, and chat while providing proactive support and resolving customer inquiries effectively.

Key responsibilities
  • Communicate professionally with customers across multiple channels to provide information and promote products
  • De-escalate customer issues and identify root causes to offer appropriate solutions
  • Maintain product knowledge to deliver high-quality service and meet customer expectations
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or call center environments
  • Ability to work flexible hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple systems simultaneously
  • Bilingual in Spanish or French is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for serving others
