Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Customer Service Specialist will manage post-purchase inquiries, coordinate deliveries, and handle returns and claims while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via email, phone, and chat throughout the post-purchase journey, ensuring a warm and precise tone
- Conduct order research, track shipments, and follow up with vendors to proactively address customer inquiries
- Manage damage claims, return authorizations, and cancellations efficiently while maintaining clear documentation in Zendesk
Required qualifications
- Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or concierge environments with elevated service standards
- Demonstrated experience in ecommerce customer service, preferably in a drop-ship or multi-vendor setting
- Familiarity with Zendesk, Shopify, or similar platforms
- Exceptional communication style that reflects a luxury service approach
- Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously while exercising sound judgment in flexible situations
