Job Summary

Delivering exceptional customer service remotely, the full-time Direct to Consumer Specialist will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure efficient order processing while operating within U.S. Central Time business hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to exceed consumer expectations
  • Efficiently manage and process customer orders to enhance the purchasing experience
  • Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate support team
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or equivalent education and experience
  • Prior experience in customer service is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, and Salesforce
  • Strong data entry skills; 10-key proficiency is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to different customer needs while following established procedures
