Job Summary

To support a growing international travel-tech company, the full-time remote Customer Service Specialist will manage client inquiries, process transfer bookings, and communicate with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities
  • Rapidly resolve client issues by processing partner requests for online transfer bookings through the CRM system
  • Advise clients at all stages of using the online product, including searching and booking
  • Interact with suppliers regarding bookings via email and phone
Required qualifications
  • Upper Intermediate level proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
  • Ability to learn quickly and stay results-focused
  • Understanding of the travel business and booking systems is an advantage
  • A functioning computer and microphone for remote work
  • Soft skills including kindness, empathy, and stress-resistance
