Job Summary

Responding to customer service inquiries, the part-time hourly Customer Service Specialist will troubleshoot problems, process payments, and provide information regarding products and services while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls related to customer account questions and perform necessary callbacks
  • Process routine payments over the phone and advise customers on available resources
  • Assist with administrative tasks and support new hire training efforts by providing feedback to management
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or a related field, or relevant experience
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and email
  • Professional phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to handle stressful conversations with tact and diplomacy
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail
