Job Summary
Responding to customer service inquiries, the part-time hourly Customer Service Specialist will troubleshoot problems, process payments, and provide information regarding products and services while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls related to customer account questions and perform necessary callbacks
- Process routine payments over the phone and advise customers on available resources
- Assist with administrative tasks and support new hire training efforts by providing feedback to management
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or a related field, or relevant experience
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and email
- Professional phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to handle stressful conversations with tact and diplomacy
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
