Job Summary
To provide exceptional customer support, the full-time remote Customer Service Specialist will address and resolve customer inquiries, manage high-volume phone calls, and collaborate with various teams to ensure order accuracy and efficiency while located in Kansas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer support tickets and resolve issues related to existing orders
- Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with order inquiries and new order placements
- Document issues in Confluence and visit court dockets for information on case filings
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and phone systems
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
- Experience with document manipulation and maintaining accuracy under stress
