Job Summary

To provide exceptional customer support, the full-time remote Customer Service Specialist will address and resolve customer inquiries, manage high-volume phone calls, and collaborate with various teams to ensure order accuracy and efficiency while located in Kansas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer support tickets and resolve issues related to existing orders
  • Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with order inquiries and new order placements
  • Document issues in Confluence and visit court dockets for information on case filings
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and phone systems
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
  • Experience with document manipulation and maintaining accuracy under stress
