Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Customer Service Specialist will manage inquiries, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction through various communication channels while working remotely from the Greater Rochester area.

Key responsibilities
  • Processes contact lens orders accurately and efficiently from multiple channels
  • Works to provide First Contact Resolution for all communication channels
  • Maintains knowledge of products, prices, and policies to effectively assist customers and sales representatives
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of three years of customer service experience in a call center environment required; B2B experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Fluency in both French and English, with excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred
