Job Summary

Providing exceptional service through inbound and outbound communications, the full-time Customer Service Specialist will support customers remotely while working closely with internal teams to enhance business relationships and drive growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer phones, chat, social media, or email in a polite, courteous, and professional manner
  • Identify customer issues or concerns through probing questions and ensure accurate account maintenance
  • Schedule delivery orders and handle general customer inquiries, including service order input and basic pricing questions
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 or more years of customer service experience
  • Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with typing and data entry experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Access
