Job Summary

Providing exceptional service through inbound and outbound communications, the full-time Customer Service Specialist will support customers and collaborate with internal teams in a remote role, while ensuring high-quality experiences and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer phones, chat, social media, or email in a polite and professional manner
  • Work with customers to sustain and improve business relationships, addressing their issues and concerns
  • Schedule delivery orders and perform soft collections for customers on credit hold or past due
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 or more years of customer service experience
  • Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Access
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or authorized to work in the United States
