Job Summary
Providing exceptional service through inbound and outbound communications, the full-time Customer Service Specialist will support customers and collaborate with internal teams in a remote role, while ensuring high-quality experiences and driving business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phones, chat, social media, or email in a polite and professional manner
- Work with customers to sustain and improve business relationships, addressing their issues and concerns
- Schedule delivery orders and perform soft collections for customers on credit hold or past due
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 or more years of customer service experience
- Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Access
- Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or authorized to work in the United States
