Job Summary

Working remotely full-time, the Customer Service Specialist I will manage customer inquiries related to bank products and services, ensuring resolution within established service levels while adhering to an alternate schedule from 9 am to 8 pm, Wednesday through Saturday.

Key responsibilities
  • Process inbound calls and resolve customer issues regarding accounts, products, and digital banking services
  • De-escalate customer situations and maintain ownership of requests until resolution
  • Attend quality review and departmental meetings for ongoing development and adherence to performance metrics
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in banking or a financial institution
  • At least one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in using personal computers and managing home networking for reliable access to virtual environments
  • Knowledge and experience with Android and Apple products, as well as supported web browsers and operating systems
