Job Summary

Supporting family operations remotely, the full-time Customer Service Specialist will deliver exceptional customer support, resolve billing issues, and build strong relationships with families and business partners across all brands.

Key responsibilities:
  • Assist families with billing issues and general inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Effectively de-escalate customer concerns using calm, solution-focused communication
  • Log and document all interactions in the internal ticketing system
Required qualifications:
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong logical judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Remote call center work experience is a plus
