Job Summary

Providing exceptional support to clients, the full-time remote Customer Service Specialist will manage incoming requests for medical records, assist requestors with their inquiries, and ensure accurate documentation of all communications.

Key responsibilities:
  • Monitor company emails, faxes, and chat lines to assist requestors with medical record inquiries
  • Field communications to appropriate departments and ensure detailed notes are recorded in Med-Release
  • Meet daily performance goals for resolving emails and faxes while providing excellent client service
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in medical records preferred, with knowledge of HIPAA regulations a plus
  • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong commitment to customer service
