Job Summary
Supporting client and internal teams, the full-time temporary Customer Service Specialist will provide exceptional service via phone, email, and online chat while managing inquiries and executing SAP transactions in a hybrid work model.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels
- Prioritize and manage daily customer inquiries, recognizing urgency and acting accordingly
- Execute SAP transactions including order entry, status updates, returns, credits, and quotes
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or recognized GED
- At least 2 years of practical customer support experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to address customer inquiries and escalations professionally
