Job Summary

Supporting client and internal teams, the full-time temporary Customer Service Specialist will provide exceptional service via phone, email, and online chat while managing inquiries and executing SAP transactions in a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels
  • Prioritize and manage daily customer inquiries, recognizing urgency and acting accordingly
  • Execute SAP transactions including order entry, status updates, returns, credits, and quotes
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or recognized GED
  • At least 2 years of practical customer support experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to address customer inquiries and escalations professionally
