Job Summary
Working full-time in a remote capacity, the Customer Service Specialist I will respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to bank products and services while adhering to established service levels and metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Process inbound calls, addressing account questions and customer requests while utilizing training materials to resolve issues independently
- De-escalate customer situations and ensure ownership of requests through to resolution, including assisting with digital banking services
- Maintain knowledge of banking products and adhere to performance metrics, participating in quality review and departmental meetings
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in banking or a financial institution
- At least one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
- Proficiency in using personal computers and managing home networking infrastructure
- Knowledge of Android and Apple products, as well as supported web browsers and operating systems
