Job Summary

Supporting the Cornerstone brands, the full-time Customer Service Specialist will assist customers through inbound calls, problem-solve, promote products, and handle high call volumes while working remotely from Ohio.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage high volumes of inbound customer inquiries and provide personalized assistance
  • Promote additional products during customer interactions to enhance sales
  • Handle tasks such as confirming refunds, taking payments, and placing orders
Required qualifications
  • 12+ months of customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment with a set schedule
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and screens
  • Capability to troubleshoot technical issues with minimal assistance
  • Must provide a distraction-free work environment at home
