Job Summary
Supporting the Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road, and Garnet Hill brands, the full-time Customer Service Specialist will assist customers by answering inbound calls, problem-solving, and promoting products while working remotely from Indiana.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries, including confirming refunds, taking payments, and placing orders
- Participate in upselling programs by identifying customer needs and recommending relevant products during interactions
- Personalize customer experiences while navigating multiple systems and screens effectively
Required qualifications
- At least 12 months of customer service experience
- Ability to work in a virtual environment with a structured schedule
- Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and screens
- Must provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment
- Own a Microsoft PC that meets the company's technical requirements
