Job Summary

Supporting multiple brands remotely, the full-time Customer Service Specialist will assist customers with inquiries, promote products, and handle a high volume of inbound calls while working from home in Kentucky.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of inbound customer inquiries, providing assistance and personalized experiences
  • Participate in upselling programs by identifying customer needs and recommending relevant products
  • Handle tasks such as confirming refunds, taking payments, and placing orders while analyzing account data
Required qualifications
  • 12+ months of customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment with a structured schedule
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and screens
  • Own a Microsoft PC that meets the company's technical requirements
  • Capability to troubleshoot technical issues with IT support when necessary
