Job Summary
Supporting multiple brands remotely, the full-time Customer Service Specialist will assist customers with inquiries, promote products, and handle a high volume of inbound calls while working from home in Kentucky.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer inquiries, providing assistance and personalized experiences
- Participate in upselling programs by identifying customer needs and recommending relevant products
- Handle tasks such as confirming refunds, taking payments, and placing orders while analyzing account data
Required qualifications
- 12+ months of customer service experience
- Ability to work in a virtual environment with a structured schedule
- Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and screens
- Own a Microsoft PC that meets the company's technical requirements
- Capability to troubleshoot technical issues with IT support when necessary
