Job Summary

Managing complex customer issues, the full-time Customer Service Specialist will work remotely from Arizona, independently resolving inquiries, overseeing order fulfillment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities
  • Independently analyze and manage customer orders, addressing non-routine issues and ensuring compliance with internal processes
  • Develop customer quotations, review purchase orders, and authorize SAP entries while resolving discrepancies
  • Collaborate with various departments to balance customer needs with operational and regulatory considerations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, operations, or related business support roles
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion
  • Experience in manufacturing or ISO-regulated environments preferred
