Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service remotely, the full-time Customer Service Specialist will assist employees and their families in locating valuable resources and referrals while maintaining high-quality interactions in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assess the needs of employees through targeted questioning and gather personal information for care referrals
- Deliver high-quality customer service through written and verbal interactions, including quality assurance callbacks
- Ensure accurate data entries and perform additional tasks as deemed appropriate by management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
